Josh Seidner, founder of ARCH&Co® is, first and foremost, an Architect. ARCH&Co® which focuses on Architecture, Real estate, Construction, and Hospitality (ARCH) defines where Hospitality meets Home. With 2 decades of experience in development of luxury single family homes, hotels, condominiums, golf courses, and investment properties, ARCH&Co® is a one-stop-shop managing the entire project from buying, designing, permitting, building, selling, and renting a home.

Josh began his career for a fellow Architect-turned-developer Ginsburg Development Companies. After writing a letter to one of NYC’s top developers in 2007, he worked for that developer as the Vice President of Design and Development for 6 years. In 2014, he joined Silverstein Properties and developed the Four Seasons Hotel and Condominiums, NYC. After completion, he was recruited by Related Companies to build the Equinox Hotel and Condominiums at Hudson Yards, NYC.
